I am not so sure about the use of Twitter, but maybe I'm to cynical:

I twit, he twits, we twitter...
A whole dictionary of twitter lingo is growing, twitterguru's like Jennifer mushroom:

"Twitter is disrupting traditional news distribution" sounds like a blurb for a zillionth StarWars sequel...
